Probably not since HOV restrictions don't begin until 6 am.

How far out distnace and time is from CC is 610? Unless slug lines form really early there, it probably is next to impossible to catch a slug ride that arrives in CC by 6. A suggetsion ... Maybe you can change your work start hours to whatever 6AM plus your typical slugging time might be. If your ride is about 20 mins and you typically wait 5 to 10 mins for a ride, see if you can start work at 6:30. [8D]
