Some people think it's legal. They haven't been enforcing it much but I did see tickets yesterday afternoon.
I don't get why people are parking along the curbs when there are still spaces available. Maybe it's laziness to walk from the third lot. I'm not complaining though... more spaces for me to choose from and not get a ticket [:D] |

I've been meaning to paint those red or yellow...
Made the mistake of parking there once when I had to go into work late and found no parking spots but lots of people were parked on the curb... ------------------------- Times to beat: Horner Rd to/from Pentagon: 12 mins Without Slugs - 17 mins With slugs Dale City exit to/from 3rd St Tunnel, D.C. 18 mins (No slugs - Holiday) |

It's always been illegal to park in unmarked spaces at Horner. There are - and have been as long as I've been slugging - signs indicating so. It really burns my butt on Wednesday and Thursday mornings when the lot is extra crowded and I have to park in the third and furthest lot, only to see lazy, entitled jerks parking on curbs nearer their lines.
I'm glad all of those lazy, entitled jerks got tickets! |
