Horner Rd: SEPARATE 14th & 18th am

   I propose separating these two destinations....  lets move all slugs going to 14th Street to the opposite side (from where they are now) - there's just too much traffic in the A.M. slug line - and slugs have to walk too much to check with each driver to see where they are going......  [:)]
