   I heard, that hybrids are going to be taken off the exemption for HOV rules in July. Has any one else heard this??? Did anyone else say WAAA HOOOO? I used to be all for hybrids, and still am, for the environment, but had anyone noticed that the traffic has doubled in the past year, and the amount of hybrids flying solo have gone up significantly in numbers???? I want a vanity plate that sais, H8HYBRDS. haha.

It was asked earlier but your answer did not seem to address that. Is there at all a possibility that the exemption could be repealed prior to the Jul 2006 expiration? Thanks Joan Morris: The General Assembly which goes into session next week would have to introduce/pass legislation for it to happen before july 2006. Contact your delegate or senator!
