Why no slug lines at Stafford Courthouse lot??

   I’ve recently started slugging for the first time in a decade. Was surprised to see that there still are not slug lines at Stafford Courthouse (Rte 630) commuter lots. The new lot is huge, located directly next to on ramp to 95, and has access to first HOV entrance south of Garrisonville road. Seems like a no brainer and would cut 20 min off of commute times. Anybody know why this hasn’t happened?

	I've seen the lot at Route 630 but it doesn't look nearly as big as the Staffordboro lot right up the road at 610. I think it's used primarily for vanpools.
