cheating driver at pentagon lot

   We were driving around the lot to get in the line for pick up at the pentagon around 4:40pm. Saw a car in front of us with the driver holding out a sign with his destination, trying to pick up a slug without getting in line. He got lucky and a slug got in.

	I typically see a driver or 2 at the Corridor 2 exit looking for riders. I've never seen anyone get in with 'em though (at least while I'm walking by). I've mentioned to them where the slug lines are, to little avail.

	Pentagon lot. Watch out for a white Expedition, he pulled up on the street behind the line for 234, called out his destination and the 2 slugs in front of me got in. Saw him again this morning at 234 doing the same. Also the same car driving around the lot holding out the Tacketts Mill sign.

	These cheats should be made aware of their actions. The most that I can do is to let them know where the lines are located and point. All they do is ignore me. However, we must be diligent in making them aware of their actions because we have no enforcement other than ourselves. Hopefully their conscience will make them see the light. gg

	When the line is backed up for stafford and it looks like everyone is waiting for 610 I drive up into the parking lot beside the slug lines and yell out for 17 because there is usually a line people waiting and cars can't get through. Don
