So I tried the slug parking in Springfield Plaza but they were all full! I went across the street and parked in the Circuit City. Are we allowed to do that? Its currently empty so I can't imagine anybody having a fit. Please advise.

I don't thinks it ok to park there. There is parking available at the church across from Springfield Plaza though.
