New to Slugging

   Hello all,

	

	I live in the Lake Ridge area.  I will begin commuting to the city mid-May.  From what I read, there is a slug line from "Old Hechingers" to 14th and Constitution.  I will be working at 17th and New York Ave.  I will need to get to and from the area every day.  My questions are this:  is this a good and reliable line?, is there a line that is closer to 17th and New York?

	Riders also go to various drop off points along 18th, which may be closer to where you work. Although, if you slug home, then you will have to catch a ride from 14th street as there is not currently a slug line operating from 18th Street (at least one that I'm aware of). I ride from Old Hechingers almost every day and I love it. It's a great line and it moves fairly well even if it's long.
