How everybody can fix the Horner rd. slug-line.

   This post is to address the daily problem at the morning slug-line for 14th/18th/NVY/L'PL.  The best thing everybody can do is stop moving the line down closer to the corner. All this does is shorten the line and stop cars from queue up in front of people.  This problem is directly caused by people who don't keep moving up to where the line should begin.  

	Somebody should make a sign that says "SLUG-LINE STARTS HERE".  This would help people remember to keep the line queueing up at the front.

	I did make a sign, but I'm not sure if VDOT or someone else took it down.
