   [:(!] Watched a jerk tonight that I have seen before.

	He pulls up across from the Springfield line at the Pentagon and starts calling out for riders for Horner Rd.  He grabs people walking back to the Horner Rd line.  Tonight he took 3 riders when there was a significant line of cars back at the Horner Rd pick-up point.

	He drives a blue Ford F-150 pick-up, VA license plate JVA-3927.

	This is not the first time I have seen this guy do this.

	If you see this guy you should boycott!!
