Parking at Horner

   Yesterday I saw lots of tickets on cars and honestly it's about damn time!  People are parking EVERYWHERE they can fit their car.. sidewalks, every curb, etc.  There were actually two cars getting used to parking along the curb that the Pentagon slugs stand on!  Gimmee a break people - get there earlier.  I am so sick of trying to navigate my way thru tight passages in the afternoon because of all the cars everywhere.

	I had heard on the news (Channel 4) that ticketing was going to be stepped up, but the next day in the afternoon I saw plenty of illegally parked cars with no tickets. Scare tactic? I agree, ticket them. Sorry if the lot fills up, but it is hazardous for people to park wherever they feel, restricting the flow for others.
