Looking for someone in or near Penderbrook or Fair Oaks Mall area (Fairfax, VA or Fair Oaks Mall) to ride with me to Washington, DC (downtown area near White House) for morning commute. Departing M, W, F @ 7:45am and T, TH at approximately 7am.

I commute from Greenbriar to Capitol Hill every morning. I can leave anytime between 7:00 and 7:45 am. I could happily conform to your MWF/TTH schedule. I am looking for a regular commuting partner in order to take the uncertainty and wasted time out of my morning HOV commute. I could drive and drop you off at the White House.
