RT 17 to Reagan Building and return

   I haven't started slugging and need some information.  I work midnights at present.  Leave RT 17 in Fredericksburg around 2230 (1030pm)from RT 17 to the Reagan Building on 14th st.  Is there anyone working that shift?  Am thinking of working the 1600 (4pm) to Midnight shift,  Are there any persons on that shift from Rt 17 to 14th and Penn?  When I do work days occasionally, where do I pick up return sluggers?
