Rosslyn to Woodbridge (Horner) @ 3:30PM

   Never used this system before and as I recently moved to Woodbridge I've imagined how bad the traffic will be after the holidays.  

	Are the lines formed as early as 3:30 pm in Rosslyn headed to Woodbridge?

	Yes the line usually starts forming before 3:30pm.

	Thanks for the info..I must say that I used this system for the first time yesterday and was exiting PW Pkwy in 15 minutes vs the usual 45 - 1 hour when leaving @ 3:30!
