19th Street to Old Hechinger

   If you can get rides up 18th from the Old Hechinger lot, why can't you get a ride back to Old Hechinger from the 19th and I pickup?

	Where do the a.m. drivers pick up slugs to go back to Old Hechinger from Downtown?

	it seems like they pick up horner/potomac riders from the slug list. It will be great if we can built a Hechinger line at 19&I slug line.
