Dangerous driver alert

   On a recent ride from L'Enfant to Horner, I rode in the front seat of a red Kia sedan,  and it was the scariest ride I've had in ten years of slugging. Three times, the female driver held up her smartphone with one or both hands, steering with her knee, to take selfies. Even more disturbing was the fact she was visibly pregnant. I took a photo of the car as it left Horner and captured the plate number and model information. Hopefully this warning will help other riders on this route...I was in too much shock to say anything to her but perhaps one of you will.
