HOV open to all this morning????

   The driver of my slug car this morning said he just heard on the radio that the HOV was open to all.  Did anybody else hear that?  During the whole ride in I did not hear it mentioned at all.

	Actually, the sign at the HOV entrance at Potomac Mills said "OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC" ... I didn't buy into it at 8:45 a.m. Glad I didn't. I kept going and the sign at the next entrance said "HOV-3 Only." The sign was a mistake - maybe that's what he heard.
