Crazy driver from Horner to 12th & Clark!

   If you're riding to Crystal City from Horner, stay out of an older model RED Ford Explorer (VA tag ZGN 2104).  Driver and passenger will hold a sign for 12th & Clark.  Driver has no regard for speed, distance between cars, and makes repeated lane changes just to gain a car-length.  He's on the gas as much as he's on the brakes (tail-gates within 6-10 feet of other vehicles).  It's only a matter of time before this guy wrecks.  Consider yourself warned! [xx(]
