Has anyone heard or read anything about when VDOT will start to fill the potholes on 95 preferrably the HOV lanes. I went to the VDOT website to ask that question, waiting for a response, traffic as you all know was terrible on the HOV this morning and I am not looking forward to the morning and evenings to come. If anyone has heard anything please let us know
