New Slug need ride to Rosslyn/Pentagon

   Hello. I am new to the slug line and I have to be to Bethesda Mon-Fri by 0700 from Commuter Lot Route 234. 

I understand my stop options are Rosslyn or Pentagon 
Can someome help me with finding a system to work?
