   I just wanted to pass on kudos to the CF-plated Honda Civic this morning that tested HOV-positive.

	Your test came back positive and we found that hybrids may actually survive the expiration of the exemption next year.

	It was somewhat apparent this hybrid driver had picked up 2 slugs (or they carpool) and made the effort to decrease congestion to some extent.

	Good on ya!

O Friday evening 2 of us slugs were picked up by a Hybrid with 2 people in it. The guy told us he wasn;t in the hybrid to beat the system, but to get economy out of his vehicle. Nice people, nice ride. This couple should be a nb inspiration to other Hybrid owners. NoSb SOV because you can, HOV because you care!
