   Found Trip Card in a hard clear case with specific lanyard attached. Item found on 19 Oct 2017 at 0830 after drop off at Pentagon. Rider traveled from Manassas/Dumfries Rte 234 lot to Pentagon in the AM. Vehicle the item was found in is a Silver Chevy Malibu.
