   I'm looking for a steady evening ride from the vicinity of Federal Center SW to West Springfield - basically be someone's permanent slug.  I live in Newington Forest, so anyone going down Fairfax County Parkway would work.  I'm flexible on dropoff locations.  I would be looking to leave DC around 5:30.
