   Arlington Co. has moved the Crystal City Gateway Nort slug pick up point.  It has been moved up about 1/2 block.  There is a STOP sign in the middle of the road to let you know where the new pick up point is located.  Arlington Co. police were standing at Gateway North yesterday afternoon telling people the location had been moved.
