Afternoon Bob's Line on New York Ave.

   Is anyone (drivers or slugs) using the DC governments new location for the Bob's line on NY Ave. between 14th and 15th Street? I have been there before 4:00 and there are no other slugs or drivers going to Bob's.  There are lines for Potomac and Horner.  The Bob's line is supposed to ne there too, but no one seems to use it, at least not around 4:00 when I would be there.  Can anyone tell me why this line seems to have died?  What can we do to get it active again?
