DCCL (Dale City) to 22nd & M RIDERS needed

I am in DC from 9am-5pm.  
Would love to leave DCCL around 8am. (this is the lot on Gemini off of Dale Blvd, near the bowling alley). 
Pick up anywhere on 21st St between M St going toward Constitution. 5:05, 5:10pm pick up time.

Let me know if interested. I would love to avoid that 19th St pick up and also avoid having to use Horner just because it's a hassle getting out of there. 

I might also be flexible with changing my hours to 8am-4pm. Leave DCCL at 7am and leave DC at 4pm.
