I want to start working on my health as well as losing weight. In order to do this, I need to make a meal plan and also start organizing my day properly. I've heard that to do this, you need to calculate your basal metabolic rate to figure out what your body needs. Can you please tell me what calculator I can use to do this?

Finding out your basal metabolic rate is very important for those who want to get their health in order, as well as improve their weight and body quality. I have only recently started doing this myself and in order to put together a proper diet, I calculated my BMR using this calculator https://www.calculator.io/bmr-calculator/.
