   I'm ultimately looking for a ride from the Washington Navy Yard to the 234 commuter lot. I'm flexible on time after 1500. 

	I've seen old post about a Slugline supposedly opening at L'Enfant to 234 but can't find confirmation that it's fully operational and reliable. Any information on this would be appreciated.
