Not only was the vehicle filthy, reeking of cigarettes, ashes strewn everywhere, and passenger seat broken, causing a dangerous situation for rear passenger, driver was facebooking on the HOV lanes.

If I ever see someone texting or doing something other than concentrating on driving, I will just tell him/her to pull over and let me out.
