Horner to CC Smoker Van

   This morning I was waiting in the line at horner road for crystal city around 6:05. There were 3 people in front of me. A van pulls up and the first guy hops in the back. The 2nd guy gets in, then gets out and hear him mutter something about smoking. Then the next guy in line gets to the door of the car and quickly walks away. So I am next and thinking that the guy is smoking. I walked up to the van and I could smell cigar smoke and notice that he has a cigar in his ash tray but looked like it had been put out a few minutes before. I asked him if he was smoking and he said, "no" but the smell was still there and I didnt like it and I got back in line. Then there was a lady behind me and said she didnt want to get in. Finnaly a marine/army guy said he would toughen it up and get in. Once the van left the people still waiting for a ride after denying the van both mentioned they had ridden in the van before and it was horrible. One mentioned he smokes and he even felt nausiated riding in the van and the other lady just said she couldnt stand it. So if you are in the line around that time and a light van with a white male pulls up, check for smoke first.

	Happened again this morning. It is a black nissan quest.

	The first morning I didnt pay attention to the vehicle color at first. Plus at that time of the morning its still dark. The 2nd day I paid attention. I was going to write down the license plate. But I was too tired.
