Starting the 234 Line in the Wrong Direction?

   What is is with Dumb Drivers and Idiot Riders?

	I have seen this both ways now.

	Monday, at about 5 AM, a driver pulled directly into the 234 area to pick up riders -- going counter to the normal rotation.  It makes sense as we pull in to discharge, but it doesn't work when picking up with other cars going around the lot to form a line.

	So. Monday afternoon, someone starts the line at the Pentagon, running it back towards the Pentagon, because they did not want to stand in the sun?  Come one, get a grip on this.  If you queue the line this way, drivers have to move well forward of the sign and shout their destination.  

	When there is only a few cars or a few passengers, this is not a problem.  But later in the afternoon, it screws up the line.
