new to slugging and to the area

   I have only just heard of slugging and I have been looking jealously over at these hov lanes where they are whizzing by while I am going about 5 mph for the entirety of my 30~ mile drive to work.

	I am currently commuting from Stafford to DCAA HQ, in springfield can anyone help me figure out how to get started with this?  where should I pick people up? drop them off?
