Afternoon slugline from 19th & L to Lakeridge?

   I am new to slugging (new to commuting in this area) and am looking for a way home in the afternoons.  Is there a pickup area anywhere between 19th & L, and 18th & G, and if so, what are the best times to find a ride?  General time table will be 4:30 - 6 pm.

	There are new lines on 19th Street between I and Penn, next to the line for 610 Stafford. These lines go to Potomac Mills, Horner Road, and what people refer to as the "Old Hechinger" lot, which is on the corner of Rt. 123 and Old Bridge Rd.
