I am a newbie slugger and wanted to find out how to get on the HOV in the direction of Woodbridge. Anyone know?

Someone can correct me, but depending on where you are coming from, you pretty much have to make a loop around the other slug lines (whether it is the PWC lines or the Stafford/Fredericksburg lines) and then intersect where the buses usually come from and wait for the cop to motion you in. You need to make your way to the far right lane though and the HOV ramp is in between 395. There isn't a sign, but you can see the traffic flow go in that direction.
