   The FFX Bd. should claim imminent domain and take the Long John Silvers, Circuit City, Chelsea's and Circuit City lots.  All of those owners have gone out of business (with the exception of the owner of the gas station who bought Long John Silvers to expand his business), but have not sold the lots to other businesses to open.  These empty buidlings are a blight on Springfield.  It would be better to knock the buildings down and repave the lots to create commuter spaces.
