creating new pick up location?

   I have seen this a few times, when driving to the pick up location at the lot on Rt 234, there are always a few slugs standing on the other side of the lot. I always thought they were waiting for a carpool. The slug I picked up this morning told me otherwise, they are 14th Street slugs flagging down cars. And my husband and I wait at the front for someone for 14 th Street! Some days we just go to the Pentagon, due to the lack of 14th Street slugs. Has anyone noticed this?
