Seeking Ride Buddies into Arlington

   Good Morning,
Not really sure how this entire process works. I reside in Stafford, but closer to the main entrance of Quantico. I'm looking for 2-3 ride buddies into Arlington. I work in the Clarendon area, but am open to heading out to the Pentagon since it's so close. So now what do I do?! This is new and pretty confusing!
