Erratic Driver

   Caught a ride with a gentleman at the 14th and Constitution slug like at 5:15 pm today. The driver was very rude and drove very erratically to where myself and the female passenger were worried he was going to hit someone. He would be a breath away from the car in front of him and then jumped into the other lane by cutting the car behind him off. Swerving in and out of traffic doing 80+ mph.
