Rumor about Potomac Mills Commuter Lot

   Is it true,  I heard a rumor today that once the extra spaces are completed at the Honer Road Commuter Lot, sluggers will no longer be able to park at Potomac Mills Commuter Lot (500 spaces).  Is this true?  Does anyone know the accuracy (factual) of this information?  If so, please confirm/deny.
