Slugging in Manassas, VA

   Hello, 
I am looking to start a slugging line in Manassas, VA to Tysons Corner and one departing from Tysons to Manassas. The traffic on 66 is absolutely ridiculous and I am tired of an hour + hour and thirty minute drives to and from work. I have locations in mind, but not sure what I need to do to get this started. Any assistance, do's and dont's are very much appreciated. Thank you
