i have park my car in Hornor road lot 1 at the very left end of the lot yesterday morning (8/23/2018) around 7:40 AM.when i return to Lot in the evening, i saw both of my car license plates was stolen. 

i need help. please let me know, if any one know what to do. i will appreciate it a lot.
