   I recently saw an article by Delegate Bolvin in the Beulah Corridor.  It talked about starting a slug line into the city from the Springfield Mall parking lot.  There are 80 spaces in the parking lot behind JC Penney's that are available for "sluggers" and the bus stop has been designated at the pick-up point.  Please add this location to your list of slug lines and encourage everyone to use it.
