234 Dumfries from Crystal City?

   On the Crystal City pick up page it says that you can slug back to the 234 Dumfries lot from there. However, a co-worker that slugs to Horner Road from Crystal City says that he almost never sees anyone with a 234 sign at Crystal City in the afternoon. Is this slug line still viable?
