This evening at 4:13PM my friend texted me to tell me he was at the Pentagon and waiting for a ride. It is now 7:35 PM and I have not heard from him or been able to contact him. Is anyone aware of any issues or problems? He was slugging from the Pentagon to RT 17. I am very concerned but I feel it is too early to contact any officials.
