VA License plate - REVO1T

   Anyone else notice this aggressive maniac?  I usually see this car after we get on the HOV lanes in Springfield (early - 6:15ish).  Can't tell the make or model, just that it's a "boxy" vehicle and is dark in color (maybe blue).

	The driver of this car speeds, tailgates, weaves into every opening, and causes others to slam their brakes.  This fool is going to cause a major accident someday.

	Just hope the police get that driver off the road before it happens...

	It's a blue Honda Element - this AM he whipped by us at 6:25 as we were getting onto HOV at Springfield. There are two stickers on the back of the vehicle - US Marines and what looks like a "sawed off" Texas Longhorns logo.
