   Think of what will happen in the morning if you add only a couple of thousand more cars to the HOV lanes.  I've heard that they are guaranteeing a minimum of 45mph.  I don't understand how this could be when the HOV lanes come to a stop now arould the Shirlington area in the morning.  Also, at the Pentagon where the exit trafic backs up for a mile or so on the highway.  It doesn't help with all the people and buses to impatient to wait in the line.  They go all the way to the front of the line and then break in.  It's going to be bad enough when the start putting in the proposed exit to the new Mark (sp?) Building from the HOV.  Should be interesting!
