   Completely agree with Jody.  It's time that the lines for Memorial and 14th be separated. After 7:30 a.m., the lot is getting congested because parking is allowed in the front lot and the drivers are coming in from Old Keene and the back parking lot.  Maybe the 14th St. can pick up from the back lot and still not have to leave their cars. They've been suffering for years while Memorial has stayed nice and toasty all of these years.
