I would like to know if a slug line can be started at 123/95 commuter lot going to 14th & Indep., Pentagon and Crystal City? There's a lane where drivers can pull up to pick up riders just before the bus lane.

That lot is to inconvient to the HOV that's why no one really uses it. VDOT really didn't think that one out.

The HOV entrance would be the same one as Old Hechinger, it's right around the corner from 123/95 lot. I would be interested in going to 14th and Independence.
