Chinatown to Potomac Mills

   With the new changes in the slug lines I am coming up with new ideas on getting out of the city quickly. I was wondering if anyone works in Chinatown, I am on H and 9th and I drive. I leave at 5pm sharp! That way we could cruise down 9th and cut over where ever we can make a left onto 14th after passing most of the congestion.
