Need a slug to Capitol Hill

I am new to slugging. Is there any slug that leaves from Springfield and comes close to Capitol Hill? I work close to the intersection of Maryland Avenue and 8th Street, Northeast. I have ridiculous public transit commute that takes almost 2 hours door to door (305 bus to 3 metro stops to walking 10 blocks) and would love to find a way to cut that in half or less.

You can pick up a couple of slugs at the "Bob's" slug line on Old Keene Mill Rd, use the HOV lanes for a quick drive into DC, then drop off the slugs downtown on your way to your job near Capitol Hill. Your commute would likely be less than an hour.

I live in Newington Forest...between Pohick Rd and Hooes Rd.

My wife and I live in Newington forest too. She commutes to the hill after dropping me in Claredon. Any thoughts?
